Regional Sales Director Contract Position

As Regional Sales Director, Contract, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth in assigned markets and territories./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliLead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and new business development./liliCollaborate with the Vice President of Contract Sales to advance the sales process for top strategic opportunities within given territory(s)./liliManage sales probability and forecast sales expectations for the entire team./liliConduct interviews to fill open head count and participate in sales calls with team members for sales development and coaching./liliDevelop and maintain individual development plans for team members./liliComplete sales activity metrics, such as pending business reports and monthly revenue reports./liliConduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliLuxury furniture or interior design knowledge is preferred./liliStrong business acumen and ability to develop relationships at all organizational levels./liliAbility to develop new business relationships and lead, coach, and mentor team members./lili5+ years of general sales experience and previous management experience is preferred./liliExcellent writing and presentation skills./liliBachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience is desired./liliRemote position requires 25% travel./li/ulpbOur Brand Values:/b/pulliWe listen to our Customers./liliWe rely on our Members./liliWe honor Integrity./liliWe embrace Continuous Learning./liliWe lead with Design./liliWe create Value./liliWe make the World Better./li/ul
