About the Role

As a Regional Sales Director at Harness, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region. You will develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan, build and grow a robust sales pipeline, and work closely with partners to extend our reach and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a proven track record of success in a start-up environment. You should have at least 1-3 years of formal sales leadership experience, a high career trajectory, and potential. Experience practicing and implementing a sales methodology, such as MEDDIC, is a must.
