Luxury Hotel Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our luxury hotel in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front desk operations, guest services, and hotel property management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and an exemplary guest experience.
- Manage and mentor the front desk team, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and health and safety protocols.
- Monitor front desk metrics and recommend strategies to enhance performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of front desk experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, guest services, and hotel property management systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
