Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

At The Greenwich Hotel, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic Front Desk Concierge team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless operations, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing the guest experience
  • Manage the Front Desk team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services and amenities
Requirements:
  • Previous hotel experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
