Front Desk Supervisor

At The Greenwich Hotel, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic Front Desk Concierge team. This individual must be a proven leader with the ability to graciously solve problems, remain calm in challenging situations, and provide a balanced, consistent voice of reason.
The Front Desk Supervisor will assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing an exceptional guest experience and serve as a manager on duty in their absence. This responsibility means being a quiet and humble leader who works with our talented, existing Front Desk team.
Our style of hospitality is down-to-earth, genuine, sophisticated, and savvy - built by interesting individuals. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to work with a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing the Front Desk Concierge team
- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Managing conflicts and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with the Front Desk team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction ratings
Requirements include:
- Previous hotel and Concierge experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with high-profile clientele
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
