We are seeking a highly skilled and professional front desk agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room bookings, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.
  • Field customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle room assignments and key distribution.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a front desk agent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Compensation: $25 hourly
