Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement market strategies for new B2C and B2B products and features, including research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and launch support.
  • Craft distinct narratives with messaging that evolves through user feedback, testing, and a thorough understanding of our target market.
  • Act as a strong advocate for customers, demonstrating creativity in marketing, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance product adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist sales teams in creating compelling content across various formats, including presentations, case studies, website content, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to influence product offerings and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation that drive business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives across teams in partnership with product, growth marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
  • Establish and track metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.

Candidate Profile:

  • Driven, energetic self-starter who collaborates effectively and fosters teamwork and trust within the marketing department.
  • Excellent communicator who articulates ideas clearly and executes cross-functional priorities decisively while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Proven experience in launching new products/features, leveraging a deep understanding of the market, product, and customers to optimize positioning and messaging.
  • Creative and strategic thinker focused on developing impactful and differentiated marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Skilled in strategy and planning, with a passion for hands-on execution and a founder's mentality to own the product marketing function.
  • Strong command of language, able to express ideas and concepts effectively in both written and visual formats.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at navigating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
