Role Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and evaluate innovative enhancements to optimize member experience.
  • Introduce groundbreaking products for our clients and members, delivering valuable services while driving organizational revenue.
  • Strategically construct a roadmap based on critical objectives and outcomes, incorporating your profound industry knowledge, product metrics, client feedback, and, most importantly, member needs.
  • Lead intricate, cross-functional projects to fulfill commitments and objectives.
  • Utilize data, curiosity, and sound judgment to continuously prioritize a roadmap, ensuring that the most impactful work is advanced.
  • Balance organizational goals, client expectations, and member experiences to make well-informed product decisions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven problem solver: You possess over 5 years of product experience, including leadership of engineering teams. If direct Product Management experience is lacking, you have a background in addressing customer challenges and guiding teams to develop solutions. Experience in a B2B2C environment is highly advantageous.
  • Inquisitive nature: You operate with urgency and consistently seek new methods to understand our customers and members, creating value on their behalf.
  • Data-oriented: You leverage data to uncover opportunities, resolve issues, and are capable of inventing and utilizing new metrics for learning and decision-making. You are eager to delve into data using analytical tools and SQL.
  • Action-oriented: You make informed decisions with incomplete data and are continually optimizing for learning. You find innovative solutions to obstacles and always have a plan for moving forward.
  • Quality enhancer: You motivate others to elevate their performance and actively seek opportunities for improvement. You challenge the status quo.
  • Accountable leader: You can seamlessly navigate both product and business considerations, comfortably discussing funnel metrics and financial performance. You take ownership of your responsibilities.

Salary Range: $136,000-$170,000

The salary range mentioned above reflects the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors, including work location, experience, and performance. The range provided is just one component of Care's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives, as well as a variety of benefits such as health insurance, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
