Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement market strategies for new B2C and B2B products and features, including conducting research, competitive analysis, positioning, messaging, and supporting product launches.
- Craft unique narratives with messaging that evolves based on user feedback, testing, and a comprehensive understanding of our target audience.
- Act as a strong advocate for customers, demonstrating creativity in marketing, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
- Develop and lead marketing strategies that enhance product adoption, engagement, and customer retention.
- Assist the sales team in creating compelling content across various formats, including presentations, case studies, website content, and conference materials.
- Collaborate with the Product team to influence product offerings and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation that drive business growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives across teams in partnership with product, growth marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
- Establish and track metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
