Position OverviewJob Title: Lead Client Relationship Strategist

In the role of Lead Client Relationship Strategist, you will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining robust client partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the effective delivery of services. You will serve as a crucial liaison for clients, managing the client engagement process from initial onboarding through to continuous support, and play a significant role in improving client experience and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture enduring client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
  • Oversee the client onboarding journey, guaranteeing a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts and spearhead client engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Manage client agreements, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Track and report on client engagement metrics and performance.
  • Resolve client issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
