Job Summary

As the Regional Early Education Director at Inspired Education, you will be responsible for leading our centers and teams to deliver exceptional early childhood education programs. This role requires a seasoned and successful professional with a proven track record in early education leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Guide and support center directors and staff to foster a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring the successful implementation of all program aspects.
  • Program Oversight: Ensure the successful implementation and management of PreK Counts, STARS, and Infant/Toddler Grant programs, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program quality, curriculum development, educational outcomes, and enrollment.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, funding allocations, and resource management to optimize program delivery and sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, community partners, and regulatory bodies to advocate for our programs and ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Professional Development: Support and mentor staff, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director in early childhood education and/or 3 years of multi-facility management with a deep understanding of PreK Counts, STARS, Infant/Toddler Grant programs, and the private sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and quality standards.
  • Passion for Early Education: A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on young children's lives.
