About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling luxury vacation ownership products to potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell luxury vacation ownership products to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet sales targets and exceed expectations, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our products and services remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
  • Fluency in Japanese (reading/writing/speaking) and proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
