VIP Sales Executive Job Description

The VIP Sales Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through our Vacation Introductory Program (VIP). As a VIP Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, interacting with guests and providing personalized service to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a structured sales presentation to guests, highlighting the benefits of our vacation ownership program.
  • Follow up with guests to reduce cancellation rates and ensure a high tour-to-sale ratio.
  • Accountable for meeting sales targets and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
