POSITION SUMMARY

Global Atlantic Financial Group, Inc. presents an exceptional opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic professional seeking to advance their career as a Regional Vice President. This role focuses on the Los Angeles / Hawaii market, where the successful candidate will be tasked with achieving and surpassing sales objectives while fostering new and nurturing existing relationships with financial advisors. This position offers a competitive base salary along with a monthly commission based on sales performance within the designated territory.

  • Establish and sustain lucrative, effective partnerships with financial advisors in the assigned region to enhance sales and capture market share.
  • Oversee client interactions primarily through in-person meetings within the territory, supplemented by phone and email communications. Employ strategic scheduling and calendar management to optimize client engagement and align activities with territory priorities.
  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans for the territory, utilizing activity-focused objectives to direct daily tasks and monitor progress towards established goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales representatives to further develop established territories.
  • Thoroughly articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Global Atlantic products to financial advisors.
  • Exhibit proficient use of client and territory management tools.
  • Leverage and enhance relationships with key influencers within the territory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • Commitment to driving performance targets to successful completion.
  • Expertise in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement planning, and relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to devise a comprehensive business strategy for the territory, including the implementation of plans focused on key firms and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Capability to create and deliver impactful presentations, seminars, workshops, and meetings for current and prospective brokers.
  • Adaptability to accept, initiate, and manage change effectively.
  • Willingness to quickly learn about product lines, procedures, and workflows.
  • Must obtain and maintain all relevant State Licenses, including Life, Health, and Variable Lines of Authority, as well as Series 7, Series 63, and all necessary non-resident state licenses for the territory.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in financial services sales is preferred.
