VIP Sales Executive

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven VIP Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through our Vacation Introductory Program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests
- Conduct sales presentations and tours to showcase our vacation ownership opportunities
- Identify and resolve quality assurance issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Proven track record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
