Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with correspondent lenders and wholesale brokers, leveraging your expertise in mortgage sales and underwriting processes to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular client assessments and provide recommendations for improving client relationships and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage sales, with a proven track record of success in the wholesale and correspondent lending space.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes, and mortgage industry standards.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to customer service and client relations.
