Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve revenue and headcount goals in the strategic sales segment.
- Lead a team of highly experienced sales executives in driving revenue growth and expanding Okta's presence in the strategic sales segment.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales executives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support in achieving business objectives.
- Act as an executive sponsor on critical deal opportunities and provide guidance on navigating complexity and maximizing opportunities.
- Monitor and track team performance using data-driven approaches and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a large account or strategic sales segment with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Experience managing a growth-focused team with a demonstrated ability to bring on new logos and drive revenue expansion.
- Ability to coach and develop sales executives to enhance their skills and performance, with a focus on building a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Deep knowledge of sales frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to apply them in a strategic sales context.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute a business plan to achieve revenue and headcount goals.

- A competitive annual on-target earnings (OTE) range of $338,000 - $508,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
