Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: Drive business planning and review activities to support the organisation in meeting its strategic objectives.
  • Strategic planning: Utilize research and advanced modelling approaches to develop recommendations for the sales Leadership Team on Global and Regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Market research: Conduct market research, including segmentation analyses and identification of strategic cross-selling pathways to new and adjacent industry segments.
  • Deployment planning: Partner with Regional Sales Leadership to deliver a sales deployment solution to create scale and maximize revenue.

Qualifications:
  • A business background that enables engagement and interaction at the executive level, market analysis experience, and financial planning experience.
  • A proven track record of delivering planning solutions in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in customer segmentation and total addressable market analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
