Business Development Director

cApStAn seeks an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Northeast Regional Director. This dynamic position requires a driven sales hunter who can develop and execute innovative sales strategies, cultivate relationships, and apply consultative sales expertise.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.
  • Cultivating and nurturing existing relationships with CPA firms and financial partners.
  • Applying consultative sales expertise to understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong understanding of finance and tax principles.
  • Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally in the financial or tax industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
