Position Overview:
At NorthBay Healthcare, the Senior Mammography Specialist is responsible for executing comprehensive radiographic and mammographic examinations. This role involves generating high-quality radiographs, organizing imaging results, and completing necessary documentation and billing procedures. The specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process, providing guidance and support to patients during their procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all required radiographic and mammographic studies.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
- Assist patients with preparation and instructions throughout the imaging process.
- Manage clerical tasks and adhere to mammography regulatory requirements.
- Report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and inspect equipment prior to use.

Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of an AMA accredited mammography training program.
Licensure:
Valid California Radiographic and Mammographic Technologist license.
Experience:
A minimum of three years of professional experience in mammography and x-ray procedures.

Skills:
Proficient in basic clerical tasks and computer operations.

Compensation and Benefits:
