Lead Civil Engineering Specialist

Position Overview:
Russell Tobin & Associates is in search of experienced Supervising/Senior Civil Engineers. This role is crucial for those who possess the necessary expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor engineering teams and design professionals.
- Engage effectively with clients, staff, and regulatory bodies.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage client relationships and foster business development.
- Develop comprehensive scopes of work and detailed proposals.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Participate in the design and oversight of significant capital projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in the design and management of municipal infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Land Desktop or Civil 3D, as well as MS Office and Excel.
Compensation: Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000
