Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Coordinator to join our team at International Staff Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, working closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Customer File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files on our IT system, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • Support to Sales Managers: Provide day-to-day support to our Sales Managers, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Handle all day-to-day phone and email communications with customers and external parties, providing a high level of customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 or more years of successful and stable experience in a similar role, preferably in the same or related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Working proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building and maintaining professional relationships with clients.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Potential for Growth: Potential to grow into a more senior role, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
