Role Overview:

The Senior Analyst in Capital Markets will collaborate closely with the Head of Capital Markets to develop and implement effective funding strategies. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to engage with senior leadership and gain insights into the company’s diverse business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the company’s asset-backed securitization initiatives, managing the execution of market ABS issuances and private financing arrangements.
  • Explore alternative funding avenues to enhance the company’s capital framework.
  • Serve as a representative and relationship manager, engaging with investors, banking partners, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations for external investors and internal stakeholders regarding capital and liquidity management.
  • Lead efforts in tracking and targeting investors to expand the company’s investor network.
  • Contribute to the ongoing management and reporting of the company’s debt programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in securitization or capital markets, preferably with an ABS issuer, rating agency, investor, underwriter, or ABS accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
