Role Overview:
The Capital Markets Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Capital Markets with the formulation and implementation of the company's funding strategies. This position is crucial for the organization, providing the successful candidate with direct access to senior leadership and insight into the company's diverse business operations.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of the asset-backed securitization program, including the management and execution of market ABS issuances and private bank financing.
- Assist in identifying alternative funding sources to enhance the company's capital structure.
- Serve as an external representative and relationship manager, engaging with investors, bank lenders, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations for external investors and internal stakeholders regarding the company's capital and liquidity.
- Lead efforts in tracking and targeting investors to expand the company's investor network.
- Contribute to the ongoing reporting and management of the company's debt initiatives.
- 1-3+ years of experience in securitization or capital markets, preferably with an ABS issuer, rating agency, investor, underwriter, or ABS accounting firm.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
