Job Description
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing them with expert advice and guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
