Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years of title experience in multiple basins and states.
- Management Experience: 5+ years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Training and Development: Experience in training title landmen and developing training programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Energy Management or PLM (preferred).
- Certification: CPL (Certified Professional Landman) certification (preferred).
- Industry Experience: Experience in both in-house E&P and broker environments, with a focus on management-level roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills and a dedicated work ethic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
