The Corporate Talent Acquisition Opportunity:

As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be pivotal to our growth. Your primary role will involve sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for our full-time National Account Executive positions.

We seek an individual with a blend of sales and recruitment experience (staffing or corporate). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and capable of identifying, attracting, recruiting, and hiring top sales talent nationwide to enhance our Townsquare Interactive team.

Key Differences Between Corporate Recruiting and Staffing:

  • This role is distinct from staffing; we do not hire temporary or temp-to-perm employees.
  • We exclusively offer full-time roles with a standard Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule, competitive salary, unlimited monthly bonus potential, and an outstanding benefits package.
  • Our recruiters do not manage sales or operate a 'full desk'.
  • We focus solely on hiring and developing our internal workforce.
  • As a Corporate Recruiter, you have the autonomy to source, assess, and schedule interviews with preferred candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to establish recruitment strategies that align with business needs.
  • Identify high-quality sales candidates through various job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and SeekOut.
  • Daily Activities: Complete 60+ activity items, including 20+ calls, InMails, and phone screenings.
  • Monthly Activities: Achieve 25+ submissions, conduct 20+ first-round interviews, 10+ final interviews, and extend 5+ offers.
  • Work alongside Hiring Managers to advance candidates through the interview process.
  • Facilitate the offer extension and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through our ATS (Greenhouse).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales and/or recruitment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding performance goals.
