Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively recruit qualified real estate agents for various branches within the company.
  • Arrange and conduct both in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to our needs.
  • Engage in regular outreach and cold calling to attract potential real estate professionals.
  • Leverage social media and technology platforms to identify and engage top talent.
  • Keep precise records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications.
  • Work closely with branch managers to understand their hiring requirements and objectives.
  • Attend industry-related events and networking functions to foster relationships and promote our brand.
  • Provide consistent updates and reports on recruitment efforts to senior leadership.
