In this role, you will significantly influence the candidate experience as the first point of contact for potential hires. Your efforts will be crucial in shaping our organizational culture and identifying candidates who align with our core values and customer-centric mission. Successfully matching the right candidates with the appropriate roles is essential for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for entry-level sales roles.
  • Oversee applicant flow and accurately document candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Perform phone screenings for a large number of applicants.
  • Send regular recruitment communications and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through responsiveness and consistent communication throughout the interview process.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of entry-level candidates, fostering relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies taught during your training.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience in a competitive setting is highly recommended.
  • Experience as an in-house or corporate recruiter is advantageous but not mandatory due to our extensive in-house training.
  • A foundational understanding of various recruiting elements, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal considerations, job analysis, salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and a basic proficiency in the MS Office suite is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to operate independently.
