Position Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Recruitment Manager

Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in organizing university recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, informational sessions, and collaborations with various organizations. This position requires close partnership with hiring managers to identify and attract early career talent for diverse departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, participate in, and/or facilitate campus recruitment activities (such as career fairs, presentations, and interview days).
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
  • Source and evaluate candidates through the applicant tracking system and other innovative channels (including social media and professional networks).
  • Co-manage the Summer Internship Program.
  • Lead internal recruitment update meetings with departmental managers.
  • Research and analyze various university programs while promoting and enhancing our brand presence on campuses.
  • Extend offers to both intern and full-time candidates, managing follow-up communications and addressing inquiries regarding compensation packages.
  • Create and publish job postings across various platforms, including universities.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all offer letters.
  • Assist candidates throughout the interview process by providing necessary information and materials.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleges and universities.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting (experience in agency or corporate settings preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and open to learning new software tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
