Daily Responsibilities: This position is part of a corporate recruiting team dedicated to filling technical roles within the line of business supported by the group. The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing for positions such as DevOps engineers, data scientists, and software developers. The team is looking for a recruiter with 2-5 years of experience who is enthusiastic about fostering relationships within the line of business to enhance candidate quality. Responsibilities will include conducting online searches, utilizing relevant databases, networking, and qualifying candidates through screenings and interviews. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) policies and procedures is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple requests concurrently while providing professional support to hiring managers.
