We are seeking a dedicated individual to become a pivotal part of our team at gpac as a Commission-Based Talent Acquisition Consultant. In this position, you will play a crucial role in connecting skilled candidates with their perfect job matches. Enjoy the benefits of remote work with flexible hours, while adhering to core office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. At gpac, your earning potential is boundless, with top performers achieving remarkable annual incomes ranging from $250,000 to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive candidate searches utilizing various online resources, databases, and networking avenues.
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences to ensure they meet the requirements of specific job openings.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals to enhance candidate sourcing.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for particular roles.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage interview scheduling.
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring a win-win situation for both candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to remain competitive in the recruitment landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in roles such as talent acquisition consultant or recruitment specialist.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and align them with appropriate job opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is advantageous.

Compensation Structure:

  • This position operates on a commission-based model with unlimited earning potential.
  • Your compensation will be based on successful candidate placements, rewarding high achievers with significant income growth.
