Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic professionals to support our General Manager and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Manager in various infrastructure initiatives on the West Coast. The infrastructure team is responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, regulatory approvals, construction, commissioning, and handover of hydrogen production facilities. Ideal candidates will possess qualifications in project management, construction management, or engineering, along with relevant industry experience in sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, or construction.

We also welcome applications for junior positions, where candidates with 1 to 2 years of industry experience will be considered. You will work within a collaborative team environment, receiving guidance from the EPC Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing design processes, regulatory approvals, engineering tasks, construction activities, contractor coordination, project controls, budgeting, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining schedules, contracts, design documentation, and specifications.
  • Utilize analytical decision-making tools to inform vendor selection, design choices, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
  • Occasional interstate travel may be required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in engineering, project management, or project coordination is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineered designs, P&IDs, construction plans, and project specifications.
  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management software is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
