At Dassault Systèmes, we are committed to driving revenue growth and excellence in sales leadership. We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Manager to lead and manage our North American sales team, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, secure service agreements, and increase software subscription revenue.
  • Collaborate directly with top Aerospace and Defense companies in both the commercial and defense sectors across North America to enhance customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Play a key role in achieving North America's revenue targets by establishing operational structures, managing channel partners, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Over 10 years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and addressing complex challenges using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence at the executive level, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Compensation

The estimated total compensation range for this role is between $251,000 - $326,000, consisting of a base salary and target bonus, commensurate with experience.
