Job Description:
The Territory Business Manager (TBM) plays a key role in developing and executing territory strategies, identifying customer needs, and driving pull-through.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed all territory sales goals in a compliant and ethical manner
- Build relationships with key customers and deliver product and patient access information
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, patient access programs, and distribution models
- Problem-solve, set plans, and adapt them as needed to drive initiatives to completion
- Operate the territory within assigned budget
- Communicate frequently with other TBMs and cross-functional counterparts
- Meet administrative responsibilities within timelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of proven success in sales role required
- Specialty product sales experience required
- Ability to travel, including overnight and/or weekend travel
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
