Job Description:As a Hotel Sales and Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our resort. You will work closely with our on-property team to source new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:- 5+ years of recent Hotel Sales and Marketing leadership experience.
- Ability to focus on cost management, capable of working with finely tuned existing control models and forecasting.
- Extremely comfortable with technology, with strong MS Office Suite experience and instinctive, quick-learning computer skills.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multitask, adapt to change, think quickly, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
