Senior Sales Leadership Position for Business Growth

As a pivotal member of the Buyers Edge Platform team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's growth trajectory as the Director of Sales.
About the OpportunityThis is a high-performing sales leadership position responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that maximizes revenue growth, enhances brand recognition, and establishes InsideTrack as a market leader.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- • Build and manage the sales pipeline with direct reports and provide monthly sales updates.
- • Create annual budgets and assign KPIs and goals starting with year 2025.
- • Responsible for interviewing and hiring for department positions allocated for 2025.
- • Coach and assist the team in learning the systems and navigating InsideTrack Services and Solutions.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote InsideTrack Services and SaaS solution.
