As a pivotal member of the Buyers Edge Platform team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's growth trajectory as the Director of Sales.

About the Opportunity

This is a high-performing sales leadership position responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that maximizes revenue growth, enhances brand recognition, and establishes InsideTrack as a market leader.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • • Build and manage the sales pipeline with direct reports and provide monthly sales updates.
  • • Create annual budgets and assign KPIs and goals starting with year 2025.
  • • Responsible for interviewing and hiring for department positions allocated for 2025.
  • • Coach and assist the team in learning the systems and navigating InsideTrack Services and Solutions.
  • • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote InsideTrack Services and SaaS solution.

What We Offer

Buyers Edge Platform offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off.
