Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Leadership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of customer service representatives and be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15-25 customer service representatives">
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty">
  • Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service">
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements">
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving">
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service leadership or management">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities">

  • Able to work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives">
  • Experience with CRM software and customer service metrics">
