Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and upselling products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
