As a Business Development Manager at J.B. Perform Opportunity Management and monitoring the health of the account, including customer KPI review, revenue quality monitoring, and contract and pay terms review
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to implement solutions and meet customer needs

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 4-5 years of sales or customer service experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, and/or related field with 2-3 years of experience and 2-3 years of management experience (where applicable)
Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop sales plans that support business strategy and reflect understanding of emerging and existing opportunities and markets
Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Knowledge of the activities and responsibilities involved in selling a product or service
Ability to analyze customer activities, profiles, and information
Understanding of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets and ability to drive critical activities to completion
