Overview:

Visier, a leader in people analytics, is seeking a highly ambitious Enterprise Partnership Manager to accelerate its momentum. This role requires an expert in enterprise software sales, with skills in strategy, account and opportunity planning, storytelling, and cross-functional team collaboration.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will manage a key set of consulting and advisory partners aligned to Visier's Enterprise business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with consulting/SI/advisory partners, including joint value proposition definition, sales enablement, partner enablement, and co-marketing.
  • Building and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing and tracking partnerships against Enterprise pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Driving urgency around partnerships and helping sales teams engage the right partners early in their territory and account strategy.
  • Working closely with Enterprise sellers to navigate the partner ecosystem during sales cycles, serving as a day-to-day contact and point of escalation, as needed.
  • Building out relationship maps with key leaders at partner firms, including prospecting and identifying new contacts, engaging and educating partners, and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Sales, Solutions, Partner Marketing, and other internal stakeholders on business development/demand generation, sales cycle support, and ensuring alignment of Strategic Partnerships into key initiatives driven by Visier.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/business development, alliances, partner management/activation, and/or management consulting.
  • Alliances/partner management and development experience with Big 4 firms and boutique advisories.
  • Experience working with highly-matrixed organizations and ability to mobilize multiple stakeholders across parallel work streams.
  • Pipeline management and understanding SaaS sales rhythms and cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage with all levels of an organization.
  • Impressive business and financial acumen, with the ability to uncover and understand unique business problems across a range of industry sectors.
  • Curiosity, authenticity, imagination, and creativity to build world-class go-to-market programs that meet customer, partner, and Visier needs.
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company delivering disruptive solutions to Fortune 2000 companies is an asset.
