Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team at Wallace Real Estate. This role requires a professional with a strong background in retail leasing and sales, as well as investment properties and development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client negotiations and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide market area research to clients to inform their decision-making
  • Schedule and attend property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
  • Develop relationships to enhance future growth opportunities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in industry practices and lease language
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
