Job Summary

Crye-Leike Realtors is seeking a skilled Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing the sale of residential properties for clients. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

A successful Real Estate Sales Agent will be able to research local market activity, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and provide expert advice to clients. You will also be responsible for crafting unique marketing materials to advertise your real estate services and advising clients on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients prepare their home to be placed on the market.
  • Assist clients in the home search process by taking them to home showings and open houses.
  • Mediate during sales and purchasing negotiations to advocate for clients' best interests.
  • Become an expert in your local real estate market and stay informed of recent home sales.
  • Craft unique marketing materials to advertise your real estate services.
  • Advise your clients on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.
