Real Estate Sales Professional

We are a dynamic and innovative real estate company, Your Home Sold, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. As a top-producing agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a tight-knit company where your activities directly impact the bottom line.
Responsibilities:- Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our benefits demonstration
- Complete VIP buyer/listing paperwork electronically and submit it to your admin
- Show buyer properties
- Communicate with sellers weekly
- Submit offers weighted in buyer's/seller's favor
- Negotiate/submit offers to sellers
- Negotiate the best price and terms
- Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
- Review CD with buyer/seller client
- Attend closing and repeat
- Have open availability at least 5 days per week for appointments
- Must have relevant licenses (driver's license)
- Active Real Estate License or have the ability to get licensed
- No standing complaints at TREC
- Passionate about selling
- Strong sales skills, or the work ethic to learn them
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Familiar w/ area MLSs a plus
- Familiar w/ TAR documents is a plus
- Familiar with typical online systems and operations helpful
- Be coachable and teachable
- Must be a self-starter
- Goal-driven
