Real Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Professional. As a sales representative for residential properties, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to determine their home wishlist and selling them a home that meets their needs.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to nurture relationships with clients, generate leads, and consistently follow up with potential customers. You should also have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
We provide our sales professionals with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed, including lead opportunities, first-class marketing materials, and extensive back-office paperwork support.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills, as well as a proven record of sales experience and success. If you are a self-motivated and driven individual who is passionate about helping people find their dream home, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $300,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Technology driven
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Self-motivation and drive
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or working toward obtaining one
