Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team responsible for planning, executing, and managing eDiscovery projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for managed document reviews, utilizing advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and other cutting-edge technologies to streamline workflows, minimize costs, and improve results.
  • Provide strategic advice and consultation to stakeholders on eDiscovery best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Track and report on the progress and status of eDiscovery projects, proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
  • Manage and mentor the eDiscovery team, including project managers, analysts, reviewers, and support personnel.
  • Facilitate training and development for the internal eDiscovery team on best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, legal professionals, and IT personnel.
  • Assess and recommend new and emerging technologies and solutions for eDiscovery.
  • Ensure compliance with eDiscovery standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree and a juris doctorate from accredited institutions.
  • A minimum of relevant experience in the eDiscovery field, encompassing project management, consulting, and litigation support.
  • In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery best practices, tools, and methodologies, particularly in advanced analytics, AI, and technology-assisted review.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently craft strategic directions while collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base pay range for this role is $202,700 - $274,300, with a corporate bonus target of 25%. The actual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
