Coordination and Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at UCLA Health. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer for Ambulatory Care, ensuring they are well-prepared for daily operations. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating special projects, and serving as a liaison between the CMO-AC and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills, analytical expertise, and excellent organizational abilities to prioritize and manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties
- Provide administrative support to the CMO-AC.
- Manage administrative tasks and coordinate special projects.
- Serve as a liaison between the CMO-AC, Faculty Practice Group, and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience providing executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Analytical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Writing and editing skills to prepare business correspondence, agendas, minutes, and reports quickly and accurately.
- Working knowledge of making travel arrangements and adhering to UC Travel & Entertainment policy.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Estimated Annual Salary: $64,550 - $103,177.
