MP's client is a leading contract manufacturer in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, specializing in CNC machining, precision fabrication, and cleanroom welding. They provide high-quality, custom-engineered solutions for global leaders in high-tech industries.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, booking meetings for the sales team, and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. You will leverage LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, and other tools to identify key prospects and expand our customer base.

Key Accountabilities

Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to research, connect, and engage with prospective clients in the semiconductor and precision manufacturing industries.

Manage lead generation and prospecting efforts using Zoho CRM to track outreach and opportunities.

Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team with targeted accounts.

Develop outbound email and LinkedIn messaging campaigns to attract interest from key decision-makers.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and messaging.

Identify new business opportunities by understanding industry trends, company needs, and competitive landscape.

What You Need

0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

Familiarity with semiconductor capital equipment, CNC machining, or contract manufacturing is a plus.

Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.

Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Zoho, or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Additional Information

Onsite - Monday through Friday in Peabody, MA Corporate Office

Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Uncapped commission: Based on quality meeting creation. Each quality meeting created that meets the industry, organization target list, and personnel role matrix will be $250.
