Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support: Provide timely and effective support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • HR Administration: Process and distribute incoming mail, create and distribute documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, organizing resumes, and conducting phone screens. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including completion of new hire paperwork and setup in HR systems.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain current HR files and databases, update employment status records, and perform file audits to ensure compliance with record retention standards.
  • Termination and Exit: Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews, ensuring a professional and respectful process.
