Job Title: Dispatcher at Premium Choice Express

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our team at Premium Choice Express. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services, working closely with our drivers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage delivery routes, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
